NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
ALL STUDENTS NEW TO THE DEKALB COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT MUST COMPLETE AN APPLICATION FOR ENROLLMENT ONLINE AT

A STUDENT IS CONSIDERED "NEW" IF THEY HAVE NEVER ATTENDED A DCSD SCHOOL 
OR IF THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED A DCSD SCHOOL IN THE PAST 2 YEARS.


DOCUMENTS YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION INCLUDE:
  • STUDENT BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • STUDENT SOCIAL SECURITY CARD/SOCIAL SECURITY CARD WAIVER
  • PROOF OF ADDRESS (LEASE, MORTGAGE STATEMENT, DEED, AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCE IF LIVING WITH SOMEONE ELSE, UTILITY BILL (WATER, POWER, GAS.  CELL PHONE/CABLE BILLS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE)
  • PARENT I.D.
  • PRIOR SCHOOL GRADES/INFORMATION
  • GA FORM 3231 IMMUNIZATIONS
  • GA FORM 3300 VISION/HEARING/DENTAL/NUTRITION
