Registration for NEW STUDENTS, click here!

Registration  - Returning Students 
  • Complete the one-page returning students document on the district website AFFIDAVIT
  • Once the form is completed, send the form to [email protected] 
  • You will be able to update the student record utilizing Parent Portal/Infinite Campus
  • Our registrar, Ms. Brown, will update the information for the returning student in Infinite Campus. 
  • The following information is needed for returning students to complete registration: 
    • Proof of Residency (current lease/mortgage/utility bill)
    • Valid Identification (Driver's License, ID Card or Passport) which matches the name on the Proof of Residency 
    • Media Release form
    • Student Health Services forms:
      • Valid Georgia certificate of immunization (GA Form #3231) 
      • Evidence of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening (GA Form #3300-Rev. 2013) 

Transfer Students
  • Students transferring in the district will register at the receiving (new) school. 
  • The new school will assist facilitate the process, which will require the completion of registration, proof of residency and other local school required documents for the 2023 - 2024 school year.
 
Parent/Guardian Annual Verification of Existing Student Census Data via Parent Portal
Parents/Guardians can now complete their annual verification of existing student census information via the parent portal.
